From 17 April 2024 to 31 March 2026, the company is implementing the project ‘MODERNISATION OF THE DAIRY FARMING COMPLEX’ under the intervention measure ‘Investments in Agricultural Holdings’ of Lithuania's Agriculture and Rural Development Strategic Plan 2023–2027.

The total project value is EUR 1,211,042.73. The project has been awarded EUR 500,000.00 in funding, of which EUR 425,000.00 comes from the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD).

The project invests in the dairy cattle sector, with a focus on increasing milk production. Its objective is to restructure and establish a modern physical infrastructure for dairy farming that will allow the number of dairy cows to be increased and improve milk production productivity and efficiency. The project includes the construction of a 189-place cattle barn, the installation of all necessary internal equipment and investment in expanding feed production capacity. Its implementation and the investments made will modernise and expand the company's physical capital, enable the adoption of advanced and innovative livestock technologies, increase production volumes, reduce production costs and support more productive and sustainable operations, ultimately strengthening the company's economic viability and competitiveness. The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.

Noragra

Noragra, UAB

The company participates in the funding programme for the joint project ‘Investment Support for Onshore Solar Power Plants’. The opportunity to receive EUR 37,194.00 in support under this joint project, following an application to the Lithuanian Energy Agency, encouraged NORAGRA UAB to plan the installation of a 99 kW onshore solar power plant. The plant will be installed at Pušyno St. 2, Paluobiai village, Griškabūdis eldership, Šakiai district municipality, LT-71246.
The joint project is being implemented under the economic recovery and resilience plan ‘New Generation Lithuania’, financed by the European Union's Recovery and Resilience Facility ‘NextGenerationEU’.
The project aims to promote the use of renewable energy and contribute to a more sustainable environment. By participating, we seek to support environmental protection and encourage the wider use of sustainable energy.

Litagra, UAB

Together with its partners, Litagra participates in the GFarm for LIFE project, which brings together key stakeholders from academia, business, the public sector and government institutions. The project aims to develop a systemic ecosystem model for more accurate and reliable assessment and recording of greenhouse gas emissions in the agriculture, forestry and other land-use sectors, starting at farm or holding level. It also seeks to establish the framework for a national carbon removals certification and monitoring system. The project is distinctive because its activities are being carried out in parallel with the preparation of European Commission regulations. This provides an opportunity to participate directly in the process and help develop a national strategy that could serve as an example for Europe.
