1. General provisions<\/strong>

UAB LITAGRA, legal entity code 304564478 (hereinafter referred to as the Company), with its registered office at Savanori\u0173 Ave. 173, LT-03150 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania, respects the privacy of website visitors and is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and other applicable legislation. This Privacy Policy applies when visiting the Company's website at http:\/\/www.litagra.lt.


2. Categories of personal data processed<\/strong>

The Company collects and processes personal data submitted by visitors through the website contact form: first name, surname, email address and information provided in the message.\n\nTechnical data generated by the operation of the website and server infrastructure may also be processed automatically:
\u2022 IP address;
\u2022 technical browser and device information (User-Agent);
\u2022 date and time of the visit;
\u2022 system security and error log data.

When the embedded Google Maps service is used, Google may receive technical and usage data such as the IP address, browser and device information, referring URL and interactions with the map. Further information is available in Google's Privacy Policy: https:\/\/policies.google.com\/privacy.


3. Purposes and legal basis for processing personal data<\/strong>

Technical data is processed for the following purposes:
\u2022 to ensure the technical operation of the website;
\u2022 to ensure the security of information systems;
\u2022 to identify and resolve technical issues.

The legal basis for processing personal data is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the Company's legitimate interest in ensuring the security and operation of its information systems).

Personal data submitted through the contact form is processed in order to respond to the visitor's enquiry and maintain business communication. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the Company's legitimate interest in managing incoming enquiries and communicating with interested parties). Where an enquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract, the data may also be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.


4. Personal data retention periods<\/strong>

Technical (server and system) log data is retained for no longer than 12 months, or for a shorter period where this is sufficient to achieve the stated purposes.

Data submitted through the contact form and correspondence related to the enquiry is retained for no longer than 2 years after the enquiry has been dealt with, unless a longer retention period is necessary to comply with legal requirements or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.


5. Recipients of personal data<\/strong>

Personal data may be accessible to authorised Company employees who handle visitors' enquiries, as well as to server and hosting, IT system administration and maintenance service providers where this is necessary to ensure the operation and security of the website. When the embedded Google Maps service is used, Google Ireland Limited and other Google group companies may also receive the data.

Personal data is not disclosed to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.


6. Transfers of personal data outside the European Union <\/strong>

Service providers engaged by the Company generally process data within the European Union or the European Economic Area. However, when Google Maps is used, data may be transferred to or accessed from outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. In such cases, data is transferred subject to the safeguards provided for in Chapter V GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or another lawful transfer mechanism.


7. Rights of data subjects<\/strong>

Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, request its rectification or erasure, restrict the processing of personal data, object to the processing of personal data, and lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania.


8. Cookies<\/strong>

The website uses strictly necessary technical cookies required to ensure its operation and security. The embedded Google Maps service may also use cookies or similar technologies and transmit data to Google. Such non-essential technologies may be used only after the visitor has given consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Visitors may change their choice or withdraw consent at any time through the website's cookie settings; withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
